Michael LeBaron

Michael LeBaron serves has served as the Vice President of Production Operations since March 2023. Mr. LeBaron joined the Company in August 2021 and previously served as Director of Production Operations. With a diverse production operations background, Mr. LeBaron has experience working with both unconventional and conventional assets in the Permian (Midland & Delaware), Powder River, Haynesville, San Joaquin, and Arctic Alaska basins. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, including Director of Production Operations, Production Engineer, Well Integrity, Field Superintendent, and Workover Supervisor, working for Centennial Resource Development, Northwoods, Oxy, and BP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a licensed professional engineer in petroleum engineering (TX, NM, CO, WY, CA).  As the Vice President of Production Operations, Mr. LeBaron is committed to maximizing production and growth while maintaining capital efficiency and safe operations.
