Melinda C. Kessens

Melinda C. Kessens has served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at the Company since October of 2020.  Before her time at the Company, Ms. Kessens was a founding member of Lithos Resources, an investment company focused on the upstream oil and gas industry from January 2020 until October 2020.  Prior to Lithos Resources, Ms. Kessens held several positions at Resolute Energy Corporation from 2011 to 2019 including roles in recruiting, benefits and serving as the Human Resources Director during the merger with Cimarex Energy.  Prior to Resolute, Ms. Kessens was the Human Resources Manager at The Maverick Companies.  Ms. Kessens earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
