


Erin Murphy
Erin Murphy has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Company since December 2020. Ms. Murphy’s responsibilities include overseeing the Company’s legal, compliance, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety functions. Prior to joining Legacy, Ms. Murphy served in several positions at Ovintiv USA Inc. where she provided legal and strategic advice to US and Canadian Operations, Business Development, Land, EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management and other corporate stakeholders regarding a large variety of transactional, operational, regulatory, and litigation matters. Before going in-house, Ms. Murphy worked at the private law firm Davis, Graham & Stubbs in Denver, Colorado. She received her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned her JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming, and Illinois. Ms. Murphy also serves as an Executive Board member for Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, a national non-profit organization dedicated to delivering health and wellness education programs to those living with MS and their families.
